Today we planned a lunch meeting at my place. I wanted to cook some good Korean food.
\nAfter living in foreign countries with my husband, Korean food has become my food. <\/p>\n

It is not that I can cook it well, but I cannot cook anything else. <\/p>\n

Japanese food? I can buy good fish and prepare sushi, but I hesitate to prepare it for other people, as raw fish can cause some problem sometimes. <\/p>\n

I buy a small piece of flat fish and eat it as sashimi and sushi for myself, but when I have to prepare for other people, I rather prepare Korean food, that is cooked with fire. <\/p>\n

I went to a supermarket in the morning and bought a lot of vegetables and ground beef. I made small meatballs seasoned like bulgogi and made four kinds of namuls with vegetables. <\/p>\n

Luckily the women of the workshop liked those things. <\/p>\n

Mr. Oscar Ramirez, our boss, couldn\u2019t come for the lunch, so we went to his office to do a meeting after lunch, Oscar, Yolanda and myself. There were two more women from our group, but we had to send them to go to the store, Michel, to buy some yarns. As I wrote in the previous article, many shelves were empty in the store, they said. I\u2019ll have to go to the store someday after making sure that they have the colours we need. <\/p>\n

While we have been eating and meeting, a couple of women with Gilda, Marindela\u2019s daughter, have been working at the workshop in Carabayllo, making bags and drawing pictures on the fabrics to do embroidery later on.<\/p>\n

I live a little farther to the bank than before, and I go there less frequently than before. I shouldn\u2019t be lazy; it is for our workshop that the Pikkacompany sends money. I\u2019m already happy imagining how happy the women will be when they receive money. <\/p>\n
